Applicants should demonstrate:
- a commitment to evidence-based best practices, with experience in or a capacity to enact explicit and direct instruction approaches/strategies;
- an understanding of Structured Literacy;
- strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an eagerness to learn and improve within a team environment;
- an ability to use student assessment information to inform whole class and targetted small group instruction;
- an ability to promote student wellbeing and engagement;
- a strong ability to develop and maintain professional and caring relationships with students, parents and colleagues;
- have a firm commitment to Catholic education;
- be familiar with and comply with the school's child-safe policy and code of conduct, and any other policies or procedures relating to child safety.
Special Requirements
- applicants should be accredited to teach in a Catholic school or demonstrate a willingness to achieve accreditation to teach Religion in a Catholic school;
- all applicants require VIT registration (or expectation to obtain for graduates).Ìý

Salary: FTE $74,976 to $111,221 (Based on experience in accordance with the Teacher scale of the Victorian Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 (VCEMEA))
