Role Description/Criteria
St Anthony’s is seeking a teacher who is dedicated to catering for the individual needs of students and creating a positive classroom climate. The candidate must be a team player.
Successful applicants must:

- Understand cognitive load theory
- Implement best practice instruction, curriculum design and planning (evidence-based, knowledge-rich,Ìýcoherent, and sequenced)Ìýand assessment practice
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment
Key Requirements:
- VIT Registration
- Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic Primary School is desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with the entire school community
- A commitment to child safety and wellbeing
- A proactive approach to professional growth, including giving and receiving feedback
