Role Description/Criteria

We are seeking a passionate, dynamic and innovative leader to work in partnership with staff, students and the parent community. The successful candidate will demonstrate a sound understanding and practical knowledge of current learning and teaching understandings, the ability to use and analyse data strategically for continuous school improvement and a proven ability to work collaboratively in a Professional Learning Team. The position is suitable for those who have a passion for life-long learning and possess a genuine love of children and a commitment to teaching. Our aim is to lead a progressive educational setting with coaching, leadership, learning and excitement.

Running alongside our core leadership work we acknowledge the role of the Deputy Principal also supports the principal and leadership team in management, organisational management, policies- creation and updates and improvement of the education of all students. It will involve working closely with the principal in enacting the strategic directions of Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ, the school vision and strategic plan.Ìý

The successful applicant will hold Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration, accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school.Ìý
